Scope & Consent

Applies to all products and services on this site (the e-commerce business management platform).

Use or continued use signifies consent to the processing and cross-border transfers described here.

This Policy may be updated; the current version appears on this page.

Data Collected (data minimization)

Account: email, mobile number, password, name, country/region.

Logistics: shipping order numbers, tracking data.

Orders/Fulfillment: store name, product details, shipping address; with your authorization, buyers’ name, phone, address, and order details (package, items, price, order time, delivery time, etc.) from Shopify/Amazon/TikTok Shop.

Online service room (e.g., 17TRACK): IP address, cookies.

Additional features: any extra collection will be explained in-product (content/scope/purpose) and will require consent.

Purposes & Legal Bases

Service operation & performance (necessary for contract/service delivery).

Communications regarding orders, status, features, and promotions (based on consent; opt-out available).

Product improvement (legitimate interests balanced against your rights and freedoms).

Sharing/Disclosure

Commitment: no selling, renting, trading, or other disclosure of your personal information.

Storage & Retention

Locations:

Certain personal information → Tencent Cloud, Guangzhou (China);

Other personal information → Tencent Cloud, United States.

Duration: retained only for the minimum time necessary for stated purposes or as required/permitted by law; then deleted or de-identified.

Account closure / end of service: verified cancellations trigger deletion; service discontinuation will be announced and followed by deletion.

Security & Incident Response

Technical/organizational measures: encryption (at rest/in transit where applicable), access controls/minimum authorization, protective mechanisms against attacks, workforce privacy/security training.

If a security incident occurs, we will promptly notify you (email/mail/phone/push) with incident details, potential impact, actions taken/planned, mitigation advice, and remedies. If our safeguards fail and your rights are harmed, we will bear responsibility as required by law.

User duty: keep your username and password confidential.

Data Subject Rights (response in 5–7 business days)

Access (self-service path: log in → avatar → Profile: nickname, mobile, country/region, email).

Rectification (self-service or by request).

Deletion (unlawful processing; no consent; breach of agreement; you stop using/cancel; we stop services). If granted, we also request downstream recipients delete, except where law requires retention or they hold independent authorization.

Account cancellation (email request; identity verification; processed within 5–7 business days; data deleted).

Copy/Portability (on request, subject to law/feasibility; delivered by email).

CCPA (California): know/access/delete; opt-out of sale; non-discrimination. We do not sell personal data.

Limitations: statutory duties; national security/defense; public safety/health/major interests; criminal justice; bad-faith/abusive requests; vital interests when consent is impracticable; responses that would seriously harm legitimate rights of you/others/organizations; trade secrets.

Children (<14 years)

Use requires guardian guidance and agreement.

Collection/use/share/disclosure occurs only as permitted by law, with verifiable guardian consent, or when necessary to protect the child. Unconsented collection will be deleted. Guardians may contact us to exercise rights.

International Transfers (GDPR alignment)

Data may be transferred to Tencent Cloud in Guangzhou and the United States with safeguards to ensure a level of protection equivalent to local standards.

For EU personal data, transfers comply with GDPR using European Commission SCCs or to adequacy jurisdictions; we perform periodic assessments of the destination’s protection level and the effectiveness of safeguards.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

Used to accelerate navigation, analyze usage, recognize identity/permissions/preferences, and conduct research/diagnostics to improve content and services.

You may manage/disable cookies in your browser; doing so may degrade experience or limit features.

We do not use cookies for purposes other than stated here.
